Phase 3 is most challenging designed for practical demand of residential market place.

This programmes stresses drafting Agency Documents, Purchase and Sale Agreement (including Condominiums) and Agreement of Lease.

Students encounter real life scenarios in presenting Offers and Counter Offers, Clause Writing, Mortgage, Financing, Forms, and Usages.

Completion of Phase 1 ,2 and 3 is necessary to sell Real Estate in Ontario.

Passing Phase 1, 2 and 3 leads to Articling courses and Mandatory Continued Education (including broker exams)
